Installing
Windows says “Windows protected your PC”
Click More info, then Run anyway. This message appears for new programs that are not yet widely downloaded.
Mac says the app “cannot be opened”
Right-click (or Control-click) Urdu Nigar in Applications and choose Open, then Open again. You only need to do this once.
Linux AppImage does not start
Right-click the file, open Properties ▸ Permissions and tick Allow executing file as program, or run chmod +x on it. On Ubuntu 24.04 and newer also install FUSE 2 once: sudo apt install libfuse2t64. If the window stays blank, start it with WEBKIT_DISABLE_DMABUF_RENDERER=1 in front, or use the .deb package.
